The rate and every way to work together are published right here. What an open-ended project totals comes down to scope — the hours behind it — and sizing that is what the first call is for.
My rate is $350/hour plus Ignite’s 30% across Total Rewards, HR Systems, and AI work alike — you’re buying the same expertise either way. The Sprint and the retainer are flat fees, not hourly — the hours shown just give you a sense of the scope behind each price. Engagements are contracted and invoiced through Ignite Human Capital; the full math is below.

The AI-for-HR Sprint
A fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement of roughly two to four weeks. We pick two or three builds against your real work, add governance, and train your team so the capability stays. You walk away with working tools, not a slide deck.
Ongoing partner (monthly)
The recurring work across all three practices — annual merit cycles, new-hire offer governance, HRIS data hygiene and analytics, and AI enablement and training. And when something time-sensitive hits — an offer that has to go out today, a counteroffer to model, a board question due tomorrow — you’re not just in a queue. I turn critical work around with the urgency it deserves.
On-call advisory
A second opinion on a comp question, an HRIS decision, or an AI build — the lowest-friction way in. A natural add-on for existing clients.
A scoped project
A defined Total Rewards or HR Systems deliverable — a comp structure, a leveling framework, an HRIS implementation — scoped up front and fixed once agreed.
The work is mine; the contract runs through Ignite.
One agreement, one invoice — and the arithmetic done for you, so nothing on it is a surprise.
Every engagement is contracted and invoiced through Ignite Human Capital, a San Diego human-capital firm I partner with. You sign one agreement and receive one invoice; the work, the judgment, and the deliverables are mine. Ignite adds 30% on top of my rates — laid out in full below, so there’s no arithmetic to do and nothing new on the invoice.

The Sprint is $9,000, all in. Not $9,000 plus 30% — $9,000 is the number on the invoice. I trim my own rate and absorb Ignite’s fee on this tier so the price stays where it has always been.
A scoped project works the same way as the rows above: we agree the hours, and the total you approve already includes Ignite’s 30%.
The prices are fixed; the call just finds the shape that fits.
